Domestic shipping is calculated at 20% of sub-total purchase price. We currently ship using FedEx. You can arrange for us to ship using your business shipping account if you prefer. To assure we have all necessary information you will need to notate shipping account number as all required information in the comments section during checkout.
Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as they are available. To view your tracking information, simply login to your profile and the tracking number will be visible on the order invoice.
If your final shipping is greater than the amount tendered, we will send you a bill for the remaining portion. Generally, this will only apply to 30 gallon drums, however, this is not always the only instance.
We require all international customers to provide a shipping account for final billing.
DAMAGED, MISSING OR LOST IN TRANSIT ITEMS
While we pack your order with extreme care, the shipping carrier can sometimes still damage the orders. In that event please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance and should you be missing any products or receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of damage in the presence of the driver, if possible, keeping all packing materials and box intact, then notify shipping carrier to start a claim.
